We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Motion Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
