We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Lead Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
