We are ApexStream, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Director of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
