We are VaultCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff Art Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions

- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
